The Voyages programming offer includes a balance of travel and lifestyle programs.

The objective: to cater to the audience’s interest in specific destinations, as well as lifestyle interests. Common lifestyle interests associated with travel include wellness, adventure, gourmet dining, wine, shopping, romance, and competition (diving, golf, skiing, etc). This mix of both destination-oriented (discovery) and lifestyle programs maintains the breadth required to maintain viewer interest. All programs, regardless of format, include at least one holiday package relating to the destination or the lifestyle interest that is the subject of the program, in keeping with the philosophy of the Voyages media network.

Voyages produces programming which not only entertains but also answers the consumer’s need for information. The informational aspects of Voyages programming is critical in supporting our brand’s positioning as the Trusted Source In Travel. Voyages’ management believes that those channels that have delivered both entertainment and information have built leading brands within the industry.

The program offer is organized around themes that change on a monthly cycle basis, serving as a focal point for the consumer as well as the Channel’s marketing and communications programs. These themes can be based on a destination (Caribbean: Islands in the Sun) or lifestyle category (Top 100 Spa Retreats). As a result, the Voyages content is wide-ranging, visually stunning, and relevant to the interests of the audience as well as to the advertisers that wish to reach them.
